What kind of program is this?

Our program is a Section 125 plan prioritizing preventative health that includes Group Hospital Fixed Indemnity Insurance.

How much does it cost?

There is no net cost for either the employer or the employees. The program is fully funded out of the FICA tax savings that are generated by offering this program to your employees.

How does this help?

This program can help solve recruitment, retention, and revenue concerns that employers may have. It gives them the ability to offer more competitive salaries at no net cost to the company, it offers additional benefits and perks that can help recruit talented employees, and it also helps retain them from leaving for another company that doesn't offer a program like this.

How does it work?

Employees will see two new line items on their paycheck. The first being the pretax premium which reduces the taxable income of the employee. The second being the indemnity claim payment, for the employee being engaged in this program. The result of the two events is savings for the employer, and a net increase in pay for the employee.
